Well this blog is my way of giving back to those that have helped me and to help those in need of making a change. I once was over weight and depressed about life. I found the gym and did as much research as one would need to become a personal trainer. I went from 220 down to 170 in a year and put on 20 lbs of muscle over the next year and a half. I went from about 27% bodyfat to 8% at about 190 lbs.

I do have my before and after pictures and they are quite amazing. Some people would say they look like 2 different people. I feel like a new person a few years later and I work as a personal trainer. I will have to put up some of my before pics in the near future.

I look forward to hearing everyones comments on my articles and am open to learn any and everything.
